He has made an assumption that the same vax will be given to everyone.

During the trials all animals have died.

Gates said the target was 15%, so they had to give placebo to 85%.

Everyone here were expecting 15% from the beginning.

Or other toxic jab concoctions with other adverse effects. (Had to create more patients with other afflictions and illnesses to give the medical industrial complex financial rewards for their complicity/cooperation.)
