I only found one on the turnpike/parkway in jersey.

That's the only place I see them too. Maybe thats why Trump made that reference. Lol.

Hah that actually makes sense. Christie's only saving grace was capping property taxes at 2% increase per year. After he left office, some places doubled, I believe Bridgewater went up 5k/yr shortly after when his cap expired.
