Truth is always the most loving response, even though the other person may feel it's harsh.
When my sister was around 4, she resonated with Little Joe Cartwright on 'Bonanza'. She even wanted to be called Little Joe. My parents didn't make a big deal out of it and after a few months her fascination with him passed. She said she never thought she was a boy, nor wanted to be a boy. She just liked his lifestyle and identified with that (riding horses was the main thing and he obviously got to do that a lot, which she wanted to do...and now she does). If she was growing up today, some school nutball would be encouraging her to be a boy, just as one of the women in the article said.
This is a really informative article and it helped me to understand transgenderism. I was thinking that it was a mental health issue but now I can see that it is trauma related. It very briefly touched on the gay issue and I also think that may be trauma based too. Trauma is a horror and is evidenced in drug addicts, sex addicts, etc., etc. I now have compassion for all of them.
If people accepted the fact that we live more than once and that past karma affects us in this life, a lot would make more sense. Explaining why children can feel like they're in the wrong body, explaining why some people are homosexuals, why some children have extremely strong personalities of hatred and violence from a very young age...
As science is now, we simply cannot properly diagnose these issues.
True story - long ago, when I was a young woman of about 23, when households had one landline, no answering machines or voicemail and no home computers or internet nor any way to spy or learn about anyone. At that time, I worked at a very large company that had locations in numerous cities in the U.S. and abroad. One of my co-workers told of seeing a psychic who was incredible and who told her things she didn't know about but that came true.
I immediately asked for the psychic's phone number and weeks later called her and asked if I could see her for a reading. She asked for my first name only and then said, "Come on Wednesday at 3:00pm. That's usually a good day for me." And then she gave me her address.
On that day I drove quite a distance to her address, a low-income modest house. The pleasant, middle-aged woman answered the door and let me in. We sat in folding chairs opposite each other in her kitchen. Pictures of the Virgin Mary and Jesus adorned her walls. The reading was free. Any 'donation' I might want to give would be donated to the Catholic Church.
She told me to tell her nothing about myself and to allow her to tell me what she saw first. At the end I could ask questions.
I wish I had thought to bring a recording device. The woman talked for an entire hour and spoke detail after detail about my current life, people in my family, friends I was seeing, places I had traveled. All correct. She gave me short term and long term predictions that were very specific. All of them came true. One of the things she said to me was that I was a very old soul and had lived many lives. She said I had excellent intuition because of that and that I must always trust it and never go against what I was sensing, even if I didn't know why. I followed her advice and over the years avoided several bad outcomes including a fatal small plane crash, a helicopter crash and a motorcycle crash. (Seriously!)
So, I have to believe her statement that we are reincarnated as a choice and that we pick our next life and we do so as a means of experiencing all the aspects of life (good, bad, and ugly) and the accumulation of experiences allows us to ascend to a higher consciousness.
The teachings that makes the most sense to me (if I believe I have been reincarnated) is that when we die, our consciousness and soul go to meet up with God/Spirit and have a review of our life's actions and choices. That could be called 'Judgment Day'. Perhaps if we are unredeemable and especially evil we are cast into hell immediately for a period of time/or forever.
But if not, we are given a hearing and review and undertake a full 40,000 ft view of what we did in the past life. All failings and poor choices are discussed and accounted for. Thus, since we fell short, we must go back again, rechallenge ourselves and endeavor to do better the next time. As we improve, we ascend. The reincarnation stops and full ascension happens when we live one full life without sin.
I have always had a deep need to understand life and my purpose in it. Even as a little child I was constantly questioning my teachers, my parents and the books I read as to the truth of things. I learned early on that just because someone said it was true or that it was published in a book, didn’t guarantee it was valid or backed by facts.
I was constantly looking for answers. I read works by biblical scholars who asserted that important parts of the original Bible had been omitted and kept under wraps and that parts of the published Bible corrupted God's words for political or control purposes.
The bible can be seen as THE ONE SOURCE or it can be seen as ONE OF MANY SOURCES that one can seek to find the answers.
To me, much of the biblical teachings were contradictory and confusing. When I’d ask the teachers, “But why did this happen?” Or, “But that makes no sense!” All they could say was, “You must have faith and believe without question.”
That never satisfied me. I realized they didn’t know the answers either.
North American Inuits and Native Americans have their own origin story. It is different from our Bible. They do believe in a creator/spirit. Their god(s) are called something different than ours. Many tribes believe man has 2 souls. Some believe we have four souls. The belief in reincarnation is widespread. There are books written about the various tribes’ belief in this eventuality.
Reincarnation (Punarjanma) is a central tenet of the Indian religions such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism, and Sikhism; in fact the whole caste system is deeply rooted in the Hinduism belief in karma and reincarnation. The caste system divides Hindus into four main categories – Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas and the Shudras based on who they were in their past life, their karma, and what family line they come from.
The Hindu belief in reincarnation relies on the Karmic rule that our soul (atman) bears the impression of every good and bad deed we perform while we're alive. If the sum of our deeds is positive, we are reborn into a higher level. If we were corrupt, we are reborn into a lower level.
In the Jewish world the idea of reincarnation (called in Hebrew gilgul ha'neshamot) is an accepted teaching of the Hasidic community and in Kabbalah teachings of Jewish mysticism. In secular philosophy, we find that Plato also believed in reincarnation.
In conclusion, due to my analytical and questioning mind, I continue to read and think and witness and analyze, and seek truth whatever it may be.
If she channeled a demon, a spirit of the Nephilim, the demon could easily know all of those details of your life and would be able to provide very accurate information to the "psychic."
In many cases, the "psychic" doesn't know they're actually communicating with a demon and have good intentions in sharing their "gifts" with others.
Something to keep in mind.
Pictures of the Virgin Mary and Jesus adorned her walls.
There's a reason the 10 commandments ban idolatry.
Why do you immediately suggest that her gift was from a demon? Why do you go there? I think you have become jaded and have lost your sense of hope and faith.
I had been raised Catholic, too and we had these same pictures of Jesus and Mary in our house. I do not see this as anything but worshipping Jesus, the son of God and his mother. Not as 'idol worship'. You see, God has no face. How do you worship him if he has no image? You think of his 'only begotten son' Jesus as likely the closest image to God we could find. He and his mother Mary are who we include in our prayers as the conduit to worshipping God himself.
So, I felt completely comfortable and safe when she was working with me.
However, to put your fears to rest, I'll tell you how before we had our session, she first grabbed my two hands (we were sitting opposite each other and knee-to-knee).
She prayed over us and used Jesus' name and said she was putting a 'circle of white light' around us to protect us before she went into her session.
I suffered no ill effects from the session and do not think casting aspersion of my experience or her gifts as being demonic is useful or warranted.
Why do you immediately suggest that her gift was from a demon? Why do you go there? I think you have become jaded and have lost your sense of hope and faith.
Why do you NOT go there?
2 Corinthians 11:14
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Matthew 7:22-23
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Deuteronomy 18:10-12
10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
Acts 8:9-24
9 But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:
10 To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God.
11 And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.
12 But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
13 Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.
14 Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:
15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:
16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.
18 And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,
19 Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.
20 But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.
21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God.
22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.
23 For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity.
24 Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the Lord for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.
Acts 13:8-12
8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.
9 Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him.
10 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
12 Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.
Lets us look at the details. And please use your discernment.
The woman did not profit from her readings. She appeared quite poor, was overweight and did not appear to be in great health.
She lived in a very modest abode in a low-income area.
She asked for no money. Her gift was free.
She did not advertise. She did not proselytize. Any people who sought her out only heard of her by word-of-mouth. She did not know me or manipulate me to call upon her.
She prayed to Jesus, spoke of Jesus and gave any donations to the church.
She gave me no information that would cause me to hurt myself or others or to turn away from God.
She said she worked for the State as a counselor for the unemployed or displaced people to help them find a new job. I think she was probably perfectly suited for that job.
If a 'demon' was working through her, to what end?
I read an interesting study where they say a criminal mindset may be genetic. Someone in your past generation could have been a bad ass criminal and one of his descendants inherits the gene. We have so much to learn.
Thank you for sharing your story. I know of many people who have walked away from their birth families due to drama and conflict, and I'm also one of them.
My son just finished nursing school. It is still listed as a mental disorder "gender dysphoria" in his textbook. Amazing from top to bottom progressives can push this lie on society.
well, looking around there's plenty of evidence that suppressing bullying and coddling the mentally ill hasn't made them any better.. and they are still miserable and just hurting themselves more.
When I was in college, I volunteered at a counseling center, so we were tutored in different issues. What has struck me about the Trans movement is how similar it was to the explosion of eating disorders when I was coming of age. Trauma is a common theme, but so is trying to take control and gain power over a situation when you feel you don't have any. It is a warped reaction.
One of the best pieces I have seen on transitioning and detranstioning in terms of mindset. Long, but her story is insightful. Highly recommend. (Hard to believe she is only in her early 20s.)
"The truth will set you free" hence why they dont want the truth to be told. They want people to be enslaved, by any means necessary. They know we each individually have different methods that need to be used to mentally and physically enslave us and they will do whatever it takes to ensnare the most people as possible.
Truth is always the most loving response, even though the other person may feel it's harsh.

Unlikely
The queering generally goes in one direction, women are hailed, men who like women are scorned
Plus it's a lot harder to build a penis than to lop one off. :)

I respectfully disagree that we live more than one life.
