Cant find this source. Only articles about closing Gitmos is from more than year ago, or sources citing this RT article.

The job of the special representative reportedly went to Tina Kaidanow, a former ambassador-at-large for counterterrorism.

Cant find any recent news about Kaidanow being appointed for anything.

It is indeed intriguing why RT has just posted such a badly sourced, clearly fake news.
