Notice also: podium. In this shot, the podium has what is clearly the Presidential Seal, which DJT could use coz he was still <recognized> President.

But in the video from your link, the podium has "Save America" at the top.

Plenty of images of the recent rally, not a mask to be seen.

Yeah, OP didn't do his homework clearly... this one is obviously pre 2020 elections, at the height of cOViD BS, they had to put some people with masks behind him just to keep the MSM narratives in check.
