You don't / can't. There are some things humans are incapable of. There are psychopaths among us (lots of them.) Their 'standards' are different than God's standards or even the standards of the average human. WE can not beat them. The best we can do is corral them with the laws of the land. We must see to it that justice is served as best and as impartially as it can be. Other than that, we live with them.

This is why God sent Jesus. HE came to save us from ourselves and from them. Our happiness is in eternity. Our sacrifice is living in this world.
