Would it not depend on what one's definition of wide spread is? Would fraud need to be wide spread or just a couple handfuls of urban centers in a half dozen or so swing states?
The evidence I have perused leads me to believe it is just urban centers in swing states. There is widespread voter fraud in that there is fraud in just about every urban center of this country. How else could the blue-nuts be the elected office holders in 49 of the top 50 urban centers?
One day elections, paper ballots, voter ID and hand counting done non-stop until the results are tabulated accurately.

Barr is constantly mincing words. If you listen to what he says from a VERY technical aspect, he is usually Technically correct.
That being said, I don't trust him. I still hope for him being a good guy somehow, but I doubt it, as many people do not live up to what I hope.
Could be that there is evidence of fraud in key municipalities but not widespread.
