I call total bullshit on the Biden and 0bama handicaps. And the rest of them are also probably bullshit. Perhaps Trump's is real, or at least sub-10.

Yes, I am more inclined to believe President Trump’s golf handicap as that has been a part of his many businesses. He can win at anything because he has an incredible understanding of business & what it will take to be successful.
