Dutchsinse, in his latest video, said there were earthquake(s) in Holland/Netherlands, don't know how far away that is from the pipeline, so is it possible it is earthquake damage?

No chance. The seismic waves from an earthquake differ considerably from seismic waves due to an explosion. The two are unmistakably different.
