As well as create another cause for money laundering; just think of all the donations that are already starting to pour in. How much of donations truly get to where people think it is going? More money for the Govt to launder as well.

Power just blinked here in Seminole County, FL. Not gonna be on much longer methinks. Gonna be a long 7 days or so with no power (based on past experience.) Hopefully the his and hers chainsaws can stay in the garage…
There's no such thing as high ground in Florida, the highest place in the state is no more than 300 ft above sea level
