“The children don’t belong to the state,” Youngkin asserted. “They belong to families.” Here! Here!

We are to live according to the Laws of God, not by the whims of those who promote deceit and destruction.
Socialism is another layer of dead wood heaped on the American citizen. The under layer starts with the legal notion of 'Parens Patriae'. According to the legal dictionary, Parens Patiae has become the precedent. It states-
[A]ccording to the courts of this land, ... "A child is primarily" not his parents' offspring but "a ward of the [S]tate"; ... parents hold relationship he owes allegiance to the government"; ... parents serve as a mere "guardianship" which "the government places [the child] under"; ... parental authority must be "at all times exercised in subordination to the paramount and overruling direction of the [S]tate"; ... "the natural rights of a parent to the custody and control of... his child are subordinate to the power of the [S]tate";... in deciding whether parent or State will control a child's education, the child's academic progress under the parents - even as measured by State-approved tests - has been termed by State prosecutors as "irrelevant and immaterial"; and finally ... such legal principles and policies form the basis of all this nation's compulsory education laws. (pp. xix-xx)
From this, we can understand why this is happening in the United States, but it is with far more nefarious means of encroachment. Think public schools, lock downs, curriculum, and school meals, etc. It's all part of this international legal system based on Marxism, to which demands your children belong to the government. What is government though, if not a brutal force?
Bingo. Read "Mission of God" by Dr Joe Boot. It will blow your hair back.
Or at least watch some of his interviews / talks on youtube.
"Every head bows, every knee bends, every tongue confesses that Jesus is Lord."
I'm old enough to remember when anons were freaking out about Trumps endorsement of Youngkin. I'd say it was a pretty good pick.
"old enough"? That wasn't very long ago. Youngkin is doing just fine so far.
He's half right. Parental rights absolutely need to be front and center , but if parwnts are okay with genital mutilation, cutting off breasts, hormone therapy, etc... they need to lose custody... because that's child abuse in the extreme. He's pandering between the 2 sides. I hate lukewarmness.
I agree, but I tend to think that Youngkin is focused on one battle at a time in an entire theater of war. Cementing this act of parents being the 'guardian' of their children and not the State, is crucial for all other acts to follow.
Instead of government viewing they have a lawful say in 'best interests of the child(ren)', it should be the parents have lawful say in the best interests of their child(ren)'. Once this is fully established, then the other pieces will fall into place.
IMHO, the "genital mutilation, cutting off breasts, hormone therapy, etc.." are another battle that needs to be waged under crimes against humanity.
Legally the state owns your children through the birth certificate scam. Parents sign their rights away by registering the birth to the state. Look up strawman scam.
Same as your vehicle..you don't own it...in return for a driver's licence not necessary bin law you signed to be the keeper not owner
Quite Right. If every parent learned this today, there'd be riots in the streets the next day. The question remains if a the birth certificate is part of a contract , to which the people are not aware of, is made under fraudulent intent, under law the contract null and void. Likewise, with a driver's license.
I knew a fellow, who had his driver's license suspended because it wasn't properly registered. He challenged it in court on the basis that he had the constitutional right to travel using the roads of the State at his discretion. He won his case, but 'without prejudice'. Soon he found himself in court again for the same offense, to which he won a second time. He could never get the judge to dismiss the charges with 'prejudice'.
This suggests the driver's license is indeed voluntary, but whoever goes this route will be harassed mercilessly with citations and arrests. Government is a brute force. This is why small government is a less abusive government.
The difficulty is that Washington DC the Vatican and inner London are separate states not liable for the laws of USA Italy and UK. They work together to keep us controlled and owned . There is no way to even try to prosecute inner temple London as there is no corporate entity....
Dropping a bomb seems the only way!!!😂😂😂😂
According to Ben fulfords report...what a story teller that guy is ...MI6 etc have been ordered to shoot to kill...yeah....they would have to shoot themselves !!!
