Why? It won't pass because Republicans have no control, not to mention all the RINOs. Why wasn't this introduced under Donald Trump where it would have a chance? Is it because Republicans like Hawley and Grahmnesty don't actually want these things to pass and instead just want to give the illusion that they're fighting the democrats?
