Do SQUATS...any squats will work if done correctly...Then ass will improve...or Lie on Floor and do leg splits, leg lifts (stomach AND ass) AND ASS SQUEEZING FOR 10 SECONDS (tightly) AND pretty soon ... WOWZA!!!!!
