Thanks for clarifying, I'm familiar with that, but most of the time people try they wind up just screwing themselves over.
Indeed they do.
But once jurisdiction is appreciated, it is possible to take it, and excert power.
Although I am in a different country than the US, we have found a way to make the court behave in a way we want.
And it is never about contents. Always jurisdiction and venue.
