I am not accepting waiting until they are dead to name their names. They participated, and they should get their reward in this lifetime.
Unfortunately, if the person under discussion is Charles then there is very little that anyone could do short of an actual insurrection.
Most people in the UK think the Royal family are there for show, help out with business deals abroad etc. - they really have all the power here still.

I'm not sure it's a member of the Royal family... at least, not in this particular case.
The British royalty enjoy a lot of legal immunities - trying to get them to face justice for their crimes would never involve the CPS.
I think it's another high-profile entertainer like Savile, and that they went one better and named him in the article, without accusing him outright.
