Interesting timing for this to come out... Who do you think he's talking about? Prince Andrew, King Charles or another member of the royal family?

I read the decoding symbols word press, it was an interesting read. I will read the PDF Q linked over time. The comms you speak of--are they indeed comms or is it your interpretation that they are comms. This is part of what bothers me. I know an operation, at some level, must have secret communications so how do you know that these are comms? If you can figure this out, then what would stop the adversaries from figuring it out also? And if it is being put on the internet in the unraveled version, then what would stop the adversaries from looking it up and decoding the comms with all the work already done? I will say, like I said at the beginning of this comment, very interesting.
You have both Comms-Aware Clowns, and Comms-Aware Patriots. A number of the latter being ex-Clowns. The majority of all were born into Comms-Aware families and taught symbolic communication at an early age.
What is portrayed in Comms are any number of subjects:
As you can see, the audience for all of these are the same. They are all Comms-Aware. Does there exist a sort of "compartmentalization" of Comms, that are only 100% fully understood by a even smaller subset of allied Comms Aware people? Most likely there is.
What DecodingSymbols focuses on are the Comms embedded in the largest Media pushes of any given year. Media entities that are that large are guaranteed to contain Comms messaging that is intended for the Comms Aware audience writ large.
Thanks for explaining a lot of what I didn't know or have any inclination of--until you described it. When I see or read news I just try to sort out the truth from the propaganda, it would be difficult for me to even attempt to see Comms in any of it. I always thought the MSM was propaganda, for a long time, maybe beginning with the car being blown up by--I think 60 Minutes--when they tried to show their point.
