He was running for Congress and had huge support and the Republican Party got his name withdrawn from the ballots because he's a MAGA candidate, and not a traditional GOP Uni-party crook. So a campaign was waged for voters to write-in his name on the ballots. I never followed up to see how he did in the recent primaries, but over the past year his social media following has grown huge.
