Perfect example: Trump is banned, ISIS still has an active account on twatter.
They abused section 230 to a well planned level of Psychological damage on a large percentage of the population. Many of these people will never be normal again. For that, I'd force all the key people and all the assets, be used in any form available to help remedy the damaged Nations.
Section 230 lost its meaning the moment Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell allowed Obama to hand over U.S. control of the internet. Censorship really took off after 2015 as social media tech companies thought they were no longer beholden to the 1st amendment.

The transfer was set in motion two years ago when a Commerce Department agency said it would cede oversight over an obscure, but powerful, Los Angeles-based nonprofit called the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
The agency, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, announced Thursday that the game plan they got back from ICANN – which would hand over the reins to a “multi-stakeholder” group, and not a single government – is now in line with what they want.
Hopefully it’ll be heard and ruled on correctly.
By banning Trump, they disenfranchised millions of his constituents
For the love of god… nerf section 230 AND LET THE MEMES FLOW!
I don’t hold out much hope for the SC after they did not stand up for Medical personnel being mandated to take the Covid shot, after refusing to hear about election fraud and after, not ruling on the Massachusetts gun law. All branches of government are infiltrated and compromised.
I don't see anything coming from this at all. The phrase "no standing" comes to mind.
