The Ukraine deals are the most likely explanation. The Ukraine doesn't own anyone as much as they own Biden. Him pResident is necessary for Ukraine to "survive".

With that in mind, we have a good modus operandi for the Cabal, but the big question is "what are White hats waiting for?"

My only hint is that Trump keeps saying "what's happening in Ukraine never would have happened if I were President."

Does that mean Russia taking out the Ukraine corruption network was ONLY possible with Trump out of the way -- just for optics!?

Or is there something else going on behind the scenes that demands Biden specifically be in charge while Ukraine is extorting him and his office to the maximum degree imaginable? It's definitely being hinted at, but I can't see through the propaganda smokescreen.

If I'd have to guess, Biden being in charge means the spotlight can't possibly move off of him. We've got a power balance dynamic going on.

Ukraine has leverage over Biden, so Biden has to be pResident. White Hats prefer to have Biden under the national spotlight and being pResident guarantees that. The only one who has an avid interest in getting rid of Biden at the moment are the MSM who have sunk their credibility too low for comfort in order to cover for him.
