At the risk of sounding sacrilegious, I noticed Kash Patel doing the same nose and face touching during his most recent sit down video with Epoch Times. Sorry, didn’t save the video…it’s the interview with Kash wearing a light blue jacket. Don’t read too much into this nose touching stuff.
