There is additional significant information in that discussion about the electronic marker that needs to be understood in the context of that conversation that will explain why the chess moves of the Lindell motion in the Nevada court to have the Military States Secret Privilege Order (gag order on Dennis Montgomery) lifted in the Montgomery v Trepp copyright case and why we will eventually see the USG/DOJ/DOD/DNI intervene (if the Konnech lawyers do not withdraw the case) in the Konnech v. True the Vote, Catherine Englebrecht and Gregg Phillips case and invoking the Military States Secret Privilege Order as well.

Keep in mind that the teams playing the game of chess we are watching know all this stuff, have known all this stuff for a long long time... and we are just learning it. We have been fed little bitty crumbs for years. Just today, during Lindell's pre rally speech outside the rally area did I hear for the first time that the document that he (Lindell) was trying to get President Trump to sign in early January was a Presidential Order lifting the gag order on Dennis Montgomery. I follow the Lindell story very close. He has told this story many times and this is a new and significant detail.

In the Konnech case the identity of the source of the data that Engelbrecht and Phillips turned over to the FBI was just read into the court record (had been sealed for the judge's eyes only until just read into the record) on 10/06/22.

Contrary to widespread misconception, Phillips and his team of analysts / researchers are not the source of the data on Konnech that revealed the names and other information about 1.8 million US election staff and poll workers resident on servers located in China. This information can be found in the court filings and the exhibits to those filings (see link just below for docket with select filings available).

IMO the single individual read into the court record but as of yet not publicly revealed as the source of the data in the Konnech suit is Dennis Montgomery. Pushing all my chips in and putting my cards on the table.

IMO Eugene Yu arrest and Konnech investigation in Michigan and L.A. could be pawns being sacrificed to shut down the Konnech lawsuit to avoid discovery to avoid the USG/DOJ from having to intervene with another Military States Secret Order. We are getting another Ricky Jay history lesson.

Why, finally, this arrest and investigations (State in MI, county in L.A.) of these entities at this time?
