They will continue to sell out the country at will, and continue to groom their next crop of "too big to fail" replacements to continue rob and pillage our system of government into oblivion. <

That statement is 100% pitch perfect, and without question absolutely true. Precedent matters: We all learned that lesson together and viscerally as a country, when the U.S.A. suffered one of if not the greatest single acts of terrorism that ever occurred in human history.

That event was used by a ruthless and corrupt cabal within our government to justify a hostile incursion rising to the level of an all out war into a country whose leader and people were not responsible, neither directly nor indirectly. On a wafer thin lie predicated on the potential of future danger and conspiracy of coalition with the actual responsible parties, it was just barely jammed through and "sold" to our country & the international leadership community. In reality, it was a vicious falsehood and well known to be one by the vicious people who were its salespeople.

Furthermore, there wasn't enough support to go forward with it, if we're being truthful - but those salespeople didn't care about following the rules and guidelines anymore, because they told us earlier when the terrorism was a fresh wound that the old rules needed to be thrown out to prevent this from ever happening again and in our emotional state, we agreed with them.

Who would write those new guidelines?

• Why of course, it should be us, the vicious salesmen because it happened on our watch and thus no one would know better than we how to keep it from happening again in the future. The old rule makers failed you see - that was the WHY part of the terrorism - and so we need to create BRAND NEW RULES, UNLIKE THE ONES FROM BEFORE and we won't even use ONE WORD of those old rules from those old writers of the rules, because they didn't work, you see.

What about all the time they existed and we didn't have such terrorism occur, isn't that evidence of the old rules mostly working? Could it be that they worked for the other administrators and leaders before because they followed them properly, and they didn't work for the current administrators and leaders because they didn't implement those rules properly, and that is why this terror was not foreseen and continued along until it occured, without resistance? Were the old leaders also tested by terror and didn't they forsee those events and thwart them before they happened and stymie or provide life-saving containment and resistance against them, using the same old guidelines and rules? Did that happen, those defusings of terror plots, one after another, through the history of our country and those administrations, all different, composed of different people and having different ambitions and goals, but still universally able to prevent similar events from taking place in the past, time after time, using the old rules? Do we throw rules out when they have passed muster and are time tested in such a way as those old ones were? When they always worked before but didn't this once, and we can't yet be sure if the rules or those enforcing them were the true culprit who allowed the error?<

• Well.... we certainly can see that this is very important and the discernment offered up is undoubtedly sensible! But well, the circumstances are drastic and unique, constituting a new normal, if you will, and we know from the circumstances that the old rules will not pass any future stress tests because the world has changed, and all future events will test the rules like this terror act did. We must act swiftly lest we be inundated with copycat violence by many other groups similar to the culprits of this, who also wish us harm and will utilize the same exploits to do so. We believe in short order this will happen because the old rules obviously left this huge, yet-undiscovered loophole, and so we are naked and vulnerable unless we quickly replace with our new rules to patch the hole.

Well how can you be sure the rules failed and not the implementers as we just said? Is that not still unknown?<

• Wow, you really are persistent. Well okay I will concede, we absolutely SHOULD investigate the root causes and the chain of events that led up, from all sides too, how the perpetrators set up and carried out their dread mission and what we may have overseen and we must find the crack in the wall where they snuck through, the loophole in our current regime that we need to fix! It's called our 9/11 Report. Unfortunately we werent able to complete such a VAST AND FAR REACHING sort of investigation until much farther down the road into the conflict itself, long after the new playbook was dreamt up, written, implemented for the safety of all™️ and approved.
• Look - we want to work with you here - and it's all agreed upon that WE CANNOT JUST PLOW AHEAD WITH NO CONCERN FOR RULES OR HUMAN LIFE OR OUR COUNTRY AND ITS PEOPLE - we wouldn't just LIE TO DO WHATEVER WE WANTED, WHAT SUITS OUR LIFE THE BEST WITHOUT REGARD FOR OTHERS, MOST ESPECIALLY THE VOTERS WHO TRUST US WITH SO MUCH POWER AND WHOM WE REPRESENT, AND OUR NATION'S PRECEDENTS AND THOUGHTFUL, HONEST METHODS OF PROCESSION IN ALL WE DO.
• We are really and truly committed I hope you see, and so because we couldn't get our Report done sooner, we studied the consequences of our war in Iraq as well and LET ME TELL YOU some bad things, unacceptable things went on. We didn't follow our international guidelines but more important we didn't hold up to our highest standards for ourselves. Some bad actors in our tent did some bad things and we want you to see, we aren't afraid to say it - and we assure you that CONSEQUENCES ARE COMING for those people!
• **This is how you know you can trust us! We are going to MAKE SURE WE HOLD OURSELVES TO THE SAME STANDARDS! Back in the days of those old rules you like so much, those ideals aren't ever going to change, and you know we mean it because we have NOT HIDDEN ANYTHING in the scope of creating this Commission Report. - No one is going to get away on this it's absolutely certain.

I ripped the above lines from a Substack thingy I am finishing and I meant it to have a more conversational or stage play sort of bent. I thought it might be on target, in that it also wants to express the lack of accountability or culpability but perhaps more from the other side, the way that they react and deflect from the heart of the issues: they treat expectations of virtues as nuisances, that was the major feature.

So excuse that for being very stream of consciousness... I'm like political essay James Joyce or something ...LOL or much more likely I'm just a looney tune too turned up on Saturday... but since it IS too complicated & indirect I will say it all another way.. "they" have 2 rules

1. "Punish" the rules, not the behavior.
2. "Change" the definition, not the policy.

So back to our story. Fresh wound of 9/11? NEVER LET A CRISIS GO TO WASTE. (it applies to BOTH parties) Prey on confusion and shadows. The new seedlings of safetyism, fear of the other, xenophobia and most of all resolve molded into reactionary rash actions. Speed is key; don't let the moment go to waste. Continuity of Government Revise and Execute, now we create the bypasses to move forward. Patriot Act, FISA court established - judicial precedents and citizen rights suspended/bypass. Media fear campaign initiated in timeframe of record high POTUS popularity & voter unity on the issues - rationalize Iraq conflict, vilify Hussein, coin new undefined term 'WMD' and press potential existence in target region to invade (no nuclear capability of enemy, other MacGuffin required) - establish new Exec. Branch wing [DHS] - mission = eliminate old rules and guidelines, create new regulations and protocols focused on Israeli profiling techniques & fear porn graphics - maximize discomfort & changes to daily life of avg. American heightened climate of fear achieved - push authorization for planned conflict.

Okay we are here now! Where we start to completely derail as a nation. THIS WAS THE TIME to investigate 9/11 and return with recommendations based on the fact finding. In a just world, you do this here: to determine the ultimate necessity/just causes for going to War (convince the needed votes) and figure out if the upscaled regulations and Pat Act should be placeholders and phased out, i.e. temporary moves to de-escalate panic, OR blended in with prior methods and legal procedure, OR 1st wave of complete overhaul needed to maintain former security/normalcy in the country. Remember without safety, there is no economic system - this is the baseline level for a country - we must be safe enough to engage in all normal economic activities.

Result? Option 3. Throw it all out and reconfigure the whole damn thing, ASAP. New presidential powers and less Congressional oversight BIG KEY. Bypass created and available for all individual Constitutional Rights in certain cases granted by new court [can be controlled or silenced; court autonomy has no special protections] ruled OK by Supreme Court. [DHS] newest exec branch - Immigration Svcs. & Physical Borders, Air Travel - created to connect w/ analogous Ministers/Boards in Euro-socialist countries - regulate new features of security, ID verify & enforce policies for immigrant/refugee individuals [BLACK UNDERSIDE] - Coordinate w Intel Ops managing human traffick programs, dark $ deep state revenue building, business w/ cartel governments of Mexico/S.A.- help DOJ as '2nd level' plausible deniability for various BLACK programs (NO Iran Contra) - ... you get the idea. Remember Rule 2. Redefine WMD. One bad thing happened and we threw out the whole system. Worry about if we needed to do that much later, much too late. Next: WMD sale to public. Operation FuckJob. Barely successful. Congress pushed to authorize Iraq. (Who is Paul Wellstone?) NATO and UN bypass; only most immoral allies help. We got our way! (All that matters) Defense/Weapons Industry payday. Business investment to rebuild? Patriot CEOS. Politician payday incoming. Now much later the reports. Very watery. STILL crimes suspected. Highest levels targeted. False rationale for conflict, influence peddling, corruption, war crimes.

Panic 07. Meltdown 08. Financial crisis begins the endgame plans [destroy America & rebuild sans legal & gov't systems currently in place] Bailouts for Wall St. criminals, QE to save bankrupt banks. Japan 2. Zombie companies. Fed Reserve debt buying (goes to taxpayer amounts owed) No criminal prosecutions for bad actors. People want Main St. bailout & justice to white collars [Madoff and up]

Obama Admin incoming. Suggests that there will be punishment for war & financial bad actors, running amok 2000-2008.

2008-2016. Obama Admin glow op success. America accepts defeat. Promises broken. Wall St and war criminals fade into shadows. Golden parachutes & solvency requirements paid $. No bailout for citizens. 10 million pop lose houses. Rule 1. Dodd - Frank achieved, rules punished/rewritten. Rising anger/disillusioned.

2015 - Middle class becomes a minority of Americans.

BRADLEY MANNING. GUCCIFER. Iraq War crimes? We changed our policies remember. What can you do now? Well... Rule 2. Guantanamo "repurposed" intel agencies torture done by mid-level-mgrs punished due to public outcry. No "majors" punished.

2016. Trump - Russiagate begins. No punishment for major authors of FISA spying on U.S. Presdent using terrorist laws/standards created by Patriot Act. Slippery slope achieved. Precedent to spy on own citizens = Full O.K.
