A man convicted of raping a child received gender reassignment surgery at tax payer expense, doesn't have to register as a sex offender.

Yeah, this is an urban myth. There are literally hundreds of thousands if not millions of pedophiles who went through prison and are back out on the streets. The only pedophiles that get killed in prison are the Jeffrey Epstein types who have blackmail on political and business Elites.
