Yesterday, the news of Scott Pressler's illness was posted on both sites. On PDW, roughly 3/4 of the comments were positive and the post recieved a lot of upvotes. The other 1/4 were hate filled responses by so called Christians regarding Scott's sexual preference. Many trying to claim what Jesus would say. Other comments were as if Westboro Church had shown up.
I don't want to get into a debate on what Jesus would say or do, but I do want to talk about how positive the response was here. No negative comments and no downvotes. Just positive comments and prayers.
You are all great people and it shows. This is what makes this movement so great. Americans genuinely wanting a better country and the desire to make all of our lives better. Thank you.
You're right, wishing Karens well is an unpopular opinion. You sure you don't want to retract your comment?
Nope. I'm keeping with it.
When you tell someone that you'll never allow them to try and repent, they'll just double down on evil.
Sure, there will be a period of time where their unsavory ways continue, but it's not like drug addicts can quit cold turkey either without some degree of withdrawal symptoms.
Karens are addicted to power trips and drama. They get high on a false sense of moral superiority. That addiction isn't going away over night, especially since they can turn it on at the drop of a dime.
Your comment is something that is heavily not understood by the majority of people, even many who call themselves Christian and such.
How can people who are evil, ever turn from their ways, if you don't have a path for redemption?
How can people who are lost, find their way, if there isn't something to guide them?
Too many people feel hurt, and want destruction, just like the other side.
I'm with you; just went in for the easy laugh. I pray for my enemies all the time, especially my ex-wife (who is the final-form Karen).
Lovely ❤️
