The problem is, THEY arent in control of the military, so uh, they fucking CAN'T give them the weapons theyd need.

They're apparently able to mandate the entire military have an experimental (and confirmed deadly) serum injected into their bodies, thus rendering our military useless (but I don't believe we should have a large standing military).
