"Oh, what a tangled web we weave..."
Above excerpted from DEFENDANTS MICHAEL J. LINDELL, FRANKSPEECH, LLC, AND MY PILLOWāS INC.āS MOTION TO STAY DISCOVERY AND PRE-TRIAL DEADLINES IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO, Judge Nina Y. Wang, Civil Action No. 1:22-cv-01129-NYW-SKC
ERIC COOMER, PH.D., Plaintiff,
v.
MICHAEL J. LINDELL, FRANKSPEECH LLC, and MY PILLOW, INC.
I'm not sure if it is the Coomer v. Lindell et al. or the Tina Peters case (both being adjudicated in Colorado) is the one in which the judge approved the warrant for the confiscation of Mike Lindell's phone and the š¤” show that ensued. Seems more likely it was the case against Tina Peters since Jena Griswold, Secretary of State of Colorado would have the leverage to get the FBI involved. Lindell's phone was confiscated shortly after Tina Peters phone was confiscated, and I am pretty sure I remember here saying in was because of the Coomer lawsuit. Either way, š¤”š.
[... ensued. Did you see what I did there? ... ensued = end-sued = BOHICA)

What is not clear about the post?
The reference is to the āheadlineā of the post. Just wasnāt clear what context the question posed was. āScuse the frustrated tone please. Know weāre all part of the same team, just happened to come across it and let fly.
Just wished that the initial question posed could have been given context up top. Is it an interrogatory posed in a deposition yet to be answered? who is asking the question? what is the questionās context? Where is this question being posed?
First to admit, no expert here, too slow witted and impatientā bad combo. I get it.
BUTā¦consider the new site visitor looking for something solid and substancial coming across a typical forum post. (On any board, not picking on this one any more) The submission from this corner is that it tends to leave one somewhat frustrated. (But itās the price we all pay thanks to the losers in the MSM being such shills for the politically connected and the comfortable.
The average reader when presented with a lengthy block of text will surf onā¦(kinda like many folks reading this response :-). But if the ātitleā or āheadlineā doesnāt make it clear why someone should be interested in investing such a scare resource as their time, a potential new anon could be lost.
IMO these types of posts being āfeaturedā really need to be looked over by a third set of eyes. If itās to be featured, the poster should consider distilling to its very essence, break it down into more easily digestible bites of text. Back in the day, an editor would help the writer discern their intent and help them make it more clear to the time-pressed. Too bad those days are long gone. I miss āem.
I personally donāt mind reading docs. Not clear at the outset exactly whatās going on here so would really appreciate any help the big brains can provide to us ātards.
Finally, legal battles tend to drag on, go back and forth, filings, counter filings and such. The āwhenā element in legal matters seems to get buried or lost. Since lawyers these days get to bill in 1/10th hours, they do love to drag things out.
