I ordered a product from Amazon. It was shipped Priority Mail - 3 day shipping on October 1. I got the package on October 11. I went by my local post office to ask them about the shipping, the gal was very flippant when she said, “It’s not guaranteed that you’ll get it in 3 days. It’s the new norm.” SMH. I guess the new norm is the post office have now become thieves by selling a service that is not true. Just annoying.

And people want government healthcare! They can’t even run a post office or DVM, why would you want care where your life is on the line from the same people???
Interesting story. I went to DMV to get license plate tags for the new year. Long lines, people around looking miserable (except for the boot lickers, who love being treated like shit).
So, I went to the info person and asked how long it should be. She gave me a very dismissive non-answer, and told me covid was to blame. I told her that covid was a scam and they were using it to be lazy ... so ... how long can I expect this to take?
She got pissy (great "customer service, eh?), and refused to answer. But she did let it slip, due to her irritation at my question, that maybe I should just go to AAA if I don't like the wait.
To which I replied, "Huh?" She said I could go to AAA. "You mean the roadside assistance company?" She said yeah, they do DMV stuff, too.
So, I found there was a AAA office within 10 minutes of where I was, so I went there.
Walked in the door, pleasant service (even asked if I would like some coffee while I waited the 2 minutes), and back out the door with my tags. All under 10 minutes, 15 tops.
Wow this is awesome information
Our DMV is appointment only unless you move from out of state during election season. If you want to transfer your license from another state and register to vote during election season then come on in! And yeah, AAA is the way to go. Ours have self service kiosks for registration. I think to do title stuff then you need to see a human at AAA. It's a $3 processing fee but since DMV is booking 90 days out, well worth the cost!
