Let's say I believe these cunts.

They're saying one (or more) unauthorized person (or people) got this AUP squeaked through reviews, published, and initiated a customer notification.

If this was a mistake or error, PayPal is claiming a complete lack of institutional control.

Why on earth would I trust them with my money?
