Stop the BS. Companies that offer any amount do so under penalty. So if you take it and close your account likely the penalty is hundreds of dollars for closing. So no you do not take the money at all.

Fine print is not always inarguable, like how terms of service have successfully been challenged in the past.

If enough people join in with similar penalties, you might win.

But really... Is keeping a PayPal account worth $15?
