How do you get enough electrolytes? I feel that Gatorade isn't a good choice. And my metabolism is such that I need at least 1 large carb-heavy burger a week to not feel tired constantly. I stay hydrated, work out a little bit, and fasting is out of the question since I get dizzy if I don't eat for 8 hours. Oh well....
Lack of electrolytes can do this. I recommend Redmond Re-lyte, so you can get it all in one scoop.

That's easy, cut out the bread and pick a cheese besides American, eat vegetables on it (or on the side), and it wont impact your system as much. If you make enough money, grass finished beef is the way to go.
Continue, man! What all do I need to do to eat healthy? I'm already cutting out greasy foods and sugar when possible, eating only organic cereals for breakfast (don't like cooking eggs fsr)
If you're really serious, I would reconsider this.
Eggs are not only a great food source, but our body uses like 90% of the egg for nutrition. Its use to waste ratio is amazing.
I'd find what style you like and stick with it. I like hot sauce and cajun spices on my scrambled eggs, but when I was broke, I used stolen Taco Bell Fire sauce or plain old ketchup (which tastes surprisingly great!)
Try getting proper daily electrolytes, reducing inflammation from low carb/keto, working out, fasting, and staying hydrated.
It's requires discipline and restraint, but it's a whole new level.

I'll tell you more shit if you keep asking me.
