While I applaud these proud parents it does make me realize how terrible my own parents were. When I was in second grade we had an assignment where we had to describe what we wanted to be when we grew up. We had to do a written report with a drawing on large posterboard of ourselves in the future.
I chose to be a caveman. I didn't feel it's only what I wanted to be when I grew up but I knew back then that's what I truly was deep down. I didn't "want to be" a caveman. I WAS a caveman.
But my parents laughed at me. I got no encouragement from any of the adults in my life. Kids today have it so much better, I bet a blue state today would subsidize a cave for the kids who know deep down that they are in fact cavemen. Lucky bastards.
Looking into homesteading/bushcraft.
You were ahead of your time. Those nwo and new green deal types want us all back in the stone age anyways.
