I'm not sure what the ramifications of this are as Taiwan produces a ton of semiconductor chips, but presumably this would wreak havoc in all things computer-related.
Anti-China policies pertaining to chips started under Trump and were pushed relentlessly worldwide especially in regards to the newest generation of machines using mirrors that are incredibly flat. If the mirrors were blown up to the size of Germany the tallest terrain would be less than a millimeter high.
I work in the semi-conductor industry. No one I know has resigned. Any links that prove this?

Nothing about the "everybody resigning" in there, that was what the Twitter fellar said though, which is why I was asking for more sauce...

Solid find. Doesn't exactly validate the Twitter guys claims, as I suspected.
Thanks!
Time will tell. Whether this is a shot across the bow. Or a Torpedo hit below the waterline
I’m optimistic. This will be one small bump on the path to bringing all manufacturing jobs back to the US.
