Wasn't this case heard in the Eastern District of Virginia. If so, there should be a slightly different jury base. Don't know if it will make any difference but we should find out tomorrow or the next day for sure.
It’s interesting Danchenko’s legal team did not put on a defense case. Were they counting on the FBI to look so bad, that jury nullification strikes again, and their client walks? Add into their calculus a DC area jury will be determined to deny Durham a conviction.
Danchenko a "dossier analyst"? Sheesh. He made the dossier up because Hillary told him to (essentially).
It will be interesting to see if Durham can get a conviction in this case, or if he gets another fixed DC jury.
