There was a loophole in he law. You need to show proof that u were admitted to ER within 24 hrs after the jab. Oherwise you dont qualify,
I have to clarify that I am talking about the compensation scheme in Victoria, Australia. I am sure they have a completely different criteria than the US.

I can't find anything related to an emergency room visit though. Maybe that is the metric used to determine an "injury"?
Also note, there are no COVID "vaccines" in the HRSA vaccine injury data table. Instead they are directing people to CICP. Why is that I wonder?
