Fren that is golden info. Here is the table of timespans they use to determine injury:

I can't find anything related to an emergency room visit though. Maybe that is the metric used to determine an "injury"?

Also note, there are no COVID "vaccines" in the HRSA vaccine injury data table. Instead they are directing people to CICP. Why is that I wonder?

I have to clarify that I am talking about the compensation scheme in Victoria, Australia. I am sure they have a completely different criteria than the US.
