Well technically it is approved. You can't actually find the approved version anywhere for sale, nor the insert that would go in the box, but technically it was approved.
I wonder -- if they add it to the school schedule, will they accept kids into the school who didn't get that vaccine, since it's not actually available anywhere? Can the parents say, "Yeah we tried to find it but only the experimental one is on the market -- you're not mandating our child take the experimental vaccine, are you?"
