Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Magnesium is good to help you sleep..so is nutmeg..but be careful..a few swipes with a greater in your hot chocolate is plenty... dangerous to overdose.
I found hayfever tablets the drowsy sort better than sleeping pills for me.
Benadryl helps me sleep. I can’t take melatonin, because I get really intense demonic dreams. Always have. I stay away from that stuff
The same thing happens to me and I can't take it for that reason! Valerian root is good, though...
I need to check out magnesium. I don't think I take it.
Or watch a golf tournament on TV. Beautiful weather, low action, everybody whispering. Great sleep stimulator.
