''Don't eat anything with writing on it''. ...my wife
I find myself reading ingredients on everything now. I also have been making my own bread, sauces, and organic mayo. I think making your own sauces and condiments likely has biggest payoff to avoid “artificial flavors” and “natural flavors” which i suspect are longterm carcinogens.
How to fix thyroid issues: Dr. David Brownstein Iodine book, free download. Potassium Iodine supplements fixes all thyroid issues and book explains why: https://dk1lib.org/book/2619347/f06529
TDLR: Our food has been “nutrient stripped” of REAL salt.
Similarly healthy natural fats in REAL butter have been replaced with toxic seed oils like canola oil (avocado oil is best of cooking oils if one is unable to obtain organic butter).
Thank you
My personal experience is strength increase of +40% in 3 months after switching to all organic butter and periodic avocado oil (based on pushup capacity). Apparently the seed oils make us weak as well as dumb (longterm cognitive function issues). REAL salt resolved all health issues I had.
I don't eat any junk foods, including seed oils. Been off them for years. Also don't own a TV.
Yeah—avoid the PUFA’s—poly-unsaturated fats that are mostly in seed oils, like safflower, canola, etc. Use real butter, EVOO, coconut oil, ghee.
But be careful with iodine. Lot of info from the place I have been getting my thyroid meds—Forefront Health. https://www.forefronthealth.com/iodine-supplements/ I will just say that I have not felt this good in decades.
Oh no, not Velveeta!
I have to buy another block of their “cheese” soon.
No, not to eat. The box makes a perfect deceptive ammo box for about 100 .308 rounds.
rofl...containers are important. There are certain products I buy just to get the glass containers for reuse.
Oxfam? Avoid Oxfam, I worked for them on a voluntary basis for a number of years, they are deep in the human trafficking business.
They weren't when I worked for them but they live a double life. I found out since that a lot of them are satanists.
Their graphic is useful. They do have some suspect “green energy” and “carbon reduction” info on their site.
If they want to live a “double-life” we are free to weaponize them against the cabal tactics, imo.
Note that this sort of massive worldwide consolidation of control is a typical cabal tactic to “quietly takeover” a whole industry. This allows them to start to insert certain ingredients into the food at one or two of these conglomerates and then use a circular feedback echo-chamber to say that this is the “trend” and everyone must “follow to be competitive”.
The bug extract (chitin) currently being inserted into Lays potato chip and Dorito seasoning is one recent example [Pepsico].
If you want to get healthy and stay healthy, try a whole food plant based diet.
NO PROCESSED FOOD.
Look up "Forks Over Knives", a documentary on the effects of western diet on the body, and how to recover from it. If you are overweigh, and have any of the symptoms associated with the western diet, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, eczema, stomach issues, etc., then look up the documentary and learn how to recover.

I have noticed numerous problems with meat, especially ground beef. So I eat mostly organic meat and grind my own ground beef from decent quality meat. My research has indicated pork and shrimp have high incidences of parasite infection so I avoid.
If you love bacon and cannot give it up, then 6 day protocol of Ivermectin every 3 months (to deworm) is a must.
Thanks for the links. Organic grass fed beef is the best, if you want to eat meat.
Good stuff! I love the bright orange yolk eggs as well. Super high nutritionally value. Happy Eggs is one brand that is top quality.
Some of the high quality beef producers will ship direct to consumers. Drop links if you find some, please.
I met up with a farmer who raises cattle and purchased a 2 year old heifer and had it processed. It takes a little work to line up the people to do the processing, but it is well worth it. Organic, grass fed beef is best if you love meat.
food bookmark thanks
Plant based is not for everyone. I did it faithfully for two months to get my cholesterol down and I ended up with a lot of health problems—weight gain, mood issues, foggy brain, memory problems, severe stomach cramps, and when I started getting depression, I stopped and told the health coach I am not going to do that anymore. Now I eat lean beef, fish, lots of veggies and fruit, eggs, cheese. I feel so much better. Turns out, you need cholesterol—even the so-called “bad” cholesterol! But you need to make sure you are dealing with your thyroid or you will have heart disease.
Not very high res. Re upload?

Screen captures seen to come out pretty hi-res. I did a different way that did not come out as well.
