Assuming EM has flipped (I know he has), what would be the advantage of providing internet to Ukraine? Imagine all the intel that the good guys in the operation got from it... Then he cut off their internet recently. I think they got everything they needed and he shut down their ability to use internet so Russia can finish the job.
He did not cut them off, he said he would then reneged.
