Each platform is stand along and has their own ad contracts with whomever.
Those decisions would be up to the individual businesses to decide.
I could see a race to the bottom where 3 companies bid against each-other for ad money, showing the same exact content.
Ad companies are naturally going to go where the views are. In a perfect world anyways. In this world they will stop advertising because Trump is on the platform so maybe you're right.

I'd be willing to believe that if not for the fact that there is no satisfactory explanation for his wealth.
