To put a grown man under for surgery you need 2 micrograms. Unfortunately I know someone who thought they received a pain killer and they took a pill that had 11 milligrams of fentanyl. Just touching it and absorbing it through skin contact can kill someone. 3 milligrams will kill. Its a truly disgusting drug.
Goal: Death penalty for drug dealers. Allowing government fantastic powers to set up patriots and destroy families. Not a single cartel lord will ever face this penalty as long as they are playing ball.

Over time, their body gets use to it and they need more and more to feel good. They then find out a smaller dose of OxyContin will make them feel good and costs way less. Over time, their body gets use to it and they need more and more to feel good. They then find out that a smaller dose of heroin will make them feel good and costs way less. Once heroin gets out of control, they find that shooting up as opposed to snorting it takes them back to a cheaper dose. Once shooting up gets out of control, here comes fentanyl. Fentanyl is way stronger than heroin! It is the end all of opioids. Minuscule amounts can kill people just by touching it! You can also factor in drug dealers looking to make more profit who are cutting fentanyl into heroin and other drugs to up potency and reduce cost. It is quite literally the worst drug the world has ever seen! The DEA considers a lethal dose 2mg. I’m not doing all the math on it, but a couple kilos is probably all it takes for a lethal dose for 4 million people.
Back in 2014 I named the emergence of Fentanyl on the street CHEMICAL WARFARE and I’ve not let up since, whenever the subject of Fentanyl comes up in conversation I always make It a point to walk them through the process, Synthetic Opioids trafficked into the United States at such a high volume from a primary location China whether it be from a port on the west coast or hauled over the border.. it gets here. And the only result in that is Death, do the math and that adds up to A LOT of dead Americans. Junkies actually seek out the batches that are killing people, crazy I know but that is the reality. In an adjacent county to mine in 2018 there was such an epidemic that the morgues were over flowing and they had to store them in refrigerator type tractor trailers. It’s torn a lot of families apart and it doesn’t just stay in the bad parts of town, counterfeit pharmaceutical drugs are often laced with Fentanyl, there are many high level people that have died from this substance without even knowing they’re ingesting it.

But that's how they measure it when they make a bust, in terms of how many lethal doses it would make, for average non-addicted people with low tolerance.
