Texan here. Was just discussing this with Texan sibling. Harris, Bexar, Tarrant,Travis Counties I'd be suspicious. County I live in is most likely safe but we have strong Repub presence in local seats. But yeah, Harris for sure I'd be leary of. Lena Hidalgo, Kim Og et al are not trustworthy.
And take a blue ink pen with you. Do not, I repeat do not use their sharpie.

I will always vote day of going forward. I am also bringing the sealed ballot I got in the mail just in case they tell me I have already voted.
Sincere question. Re Texas, not Houston. Is early voting protected or is there still high risk of vote fraud (vote changes and switches)?
