It could also include Brazil's military is receiving intelligence / evidence from Spaceforce (Satellite AND Cyber Space) which proves that their elections are being stolen by the same foreign powers (CIA, Vatican, CCP, etc) that are influencing elections in the USA.

Curious if Russia and China would let Brazil fall like that? If Putin stopped Hillary from cheating which let trump honestly win, would they not do the same here? Was bolsonario the winner last time because Putin blocked the steal so he could do what trump did here and try to give a contrast to the deep states rulership. Then let the next election let it be stolen. To bring about the wake up and allow military intervention?
