Elon has asked fired employees to stay at home with no access to company servers instead of asking them to continue to work for the next three months during the notice period. Why will you not take work from the employee when you are paying him or her? Obviously, he doesn't want those people there as they are probably blocking the free speech agenda!
“You get a pink slip! And you get a pink slip! And…”. So these slouches and shady criminals alike have started a lawsuit against Elon. DISCOVERY is a beautiful thing! Let’s see what is revealed & think about 2024 without these potential criminals or bots within Twitter. Another DS avenue cut off.
People don't seem to recognize the real reason to block fired employees' access to the computer servers. Having worked in a company that wrote computer code for large companies, I can tell you that fired employees were never given notice. The first inkling was when they arrived to work and found that their security badge did not work. Then, their badges were collected, handed their personal items and walked outside. It has nothing to do with punishing bad employees, the reason was to safeguard the code from sabotage, period. Yes, the code is that valuable.
That was great…lol.

Three months severance is pretty darn genuine. Although I suspect they have to sign an agreement not to sue to get it.
