Also they did spend months trying to explain why they were so "off", which was bs because the whole point of the polls were to persuade people it was all helpless and NOT to vote.
In this case, pretty sure that "polling errors" refers not to "polls' conducted by orgs to gage the political landscape, but rather to "collection/recording of votes". He's asserting that there were errors in the vote process that allowed DJT to win.

I still believe this is why she never came out to concede. IT WAS HER TURN. They rigged 2016, but not well enough.
