And non-paid advertising actors.
Uh. They would need more AIs. One to repose them. one to fix their fingers/hands. And one to fit them seamlessly into the image.
If there was a video they would need to add temporal coherence to the ai aswell which is challenging

In the early days of the un-scrubbed, unlimited result search internet, I discovered a site showing how a famous company had used corpses in an ad. (They were also paying for groups of teens to live together and clothed them in as advertising to other schoolkids.
