Why can't we have both, cash and digital currency? This whole thing is about control, and surveillance and the ability to take data and make money. The internet sure it's good for some things, but people still make a business the old fashioned way.
But give these people control over everything, no way. The whole EV thing is built on bullshit, there is no climate emergency, but the want to control everything. When you can travel, what you can eat, how much you can spend.
Nope, innovate a different way, because once freedom of choice is lost, even by an illusion, it is a big up hill battle to get it back!
PS do you know what they have already ruled out as needing to pay a carbon tax, yeah private jets and motor yachts, funny that.
We already have digital money, your bank balance is no more than numbers in the bank's computers. So long as the globalist bolt ons are avoided (social score, time-limited currencies, etc etc) the mechanics of the system are secondary to whether the currency is backed by assets or unbacked Fiat, Folding cash or not will indicate white or black hat system.
It's when they begin to link the databases to your bank account along with a veto on your spending options and choices, that we should worry.
Track and trace was supposed to be the basis to build upon.

We can have both for sure. My point is that we cannot avoid digital IDs and digital money.
So it would have to be both.

Correct,
I do think that digital IDs cannot be completely avoided over time.
We just need to make sure no centralized body can control it.

Guess who has the patents,
Mr Gates already.
