The "technical problem" was probably that a conservative White Male won.
They had to scrap the results and redo it.

Lottery is probably rigged anyway. It's just another way to transfer wealth from citizens to whomever they wish. Look up the number of times a "trust fund" has won the lottery. In fact, in 2008 a trust fund owned by none other than Jeffrey Epstein "won" the lotto.

I read several different times that Epstein himself won a huge lottery. Edit: apparently, he won the Powerball in 2008, the day after he reported to “jail” in Florida.
