r/politics is pretty happy, which is terrible news for us.
The Red Tsunami seems like...nothing. This looks like the first time the opposition party didn't make strong progress in the midterms other than 2002 (9/11 influenced).
We were to believe that 2020 happened so 2022 would flourish, and push us to 2024. So we waited, we campaigned, we rallied, we voted, and yet here we are... Again.

Greg Abbott won decisively in Texas, same thing for Patrick, Paxton, and many other Republicans here in TX when they thought we'd be purple

That’s because that’s not a swing state. All they need is a few counties in the swing states. That includes Arizona, me.
Ohio is a swing state.
