Yes, I get the acronym, but the voting machines are on Windows 7, Im not sure why people keep pointing to Lightweight IP.

Some of the Dominion "servers" are laptops. I assume they're running Win 10 if not a server OS.

lwIP saves RAM and can be used with Windows and Unix machines.

It's applicable if they want it to be.

Some people choose to use big, expensive software to write code. I choose to use Notepad. People can choose.
